木瓜蛋白酶是新发现的具有过氧化物模拟酶活性的蛋白酶,它能催化H_2O_2氧化3,3,5,5-四甲基联苯胺(TMB),发生蓝色反应,并在652nm处有吸收峰.当引入谷胱甘肽(GSH)后,由于GSH消耗H_2O_2,使其在652nm处吸光度降低,且溶液颜色变浅.基于此,设计了一种方便简单、灵敏的比色分析法检测GSH,在生物样品检测中具有潜在的应用.
Papain is a newly discovered protease with peroxidase mimic enzyme activity, which can catalyze the oxidation of 3,3 ’, 5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) with H 2 O 2 and blue reaction at 652 nm Absorption peak.When GSH was consumed, the absorbance at 652nm decreased and the color of the solution became lighter due to the depletion of H 2 O 2 by GSH.A simple and sensitive colorimetric assay GSH, has potential applications in biological sample testing.
