目的:建立同时测定防风通圣丸中栀子苷和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用双波长HPLC,Hibar C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长分别为240 nm(栀子苷)、278 nm(黄芩苷),柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷和黄芩苷进样量分别在0.16~0.8μg,0.24~1.2μg线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.0%,100.7%,RSD分别为2.96%,2.86%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定防风通圣丸中栀子苷和黄芩苷含量。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in Fang Feng Tong Sheng Wan. Methods: Two-wavelength HPLC with Hibar C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid was used for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Glycoside), 278 nm (baicalin), column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curves of geniposide and baicalin were 0.16 ~ 0.8μg and 0.24 ~ 1.2μg respectively. The average recoveries of geniposide and baicalin were 96.0% and 100.7%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.96% and 2.86% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in Fangfengtongshengwan.
