1月20日,中新地产和上海实业控股集团联合发布公告,称上实控股以总价27.46亿港元收购了中新地产45.2%的股份。在过去的两年时间,中新地产经历了债务危机以致出售了多个项目,但仍未能摆脱困境,最终不得不出售股权。在市场上行、房企不差钱的当下,中新地产的窘境格外引人关注。
