经过20多年的发展,中国的电视法制节目日趋成熟,对提高全民族的法律意识具有十分重要的作用。但与此同时,也存在一定的负面影响,尤其是对大学生。大学生群体具有易接受新鲜事物,人生观、价值观和世界观尚未完全成熟的特点。本文从电视法制节目对当代大学生的影响出发,分析当代大学生法律意识的现状并探讨培养大学生法律意识的途径。
After more than 20 years of development, the legal television programs in China have become increasingly mature, which plays an important role in raising the legal awareness of the entire nation. But at the same time, there are some negative effects, especially for college students. Undergraduates have the characteristics of being receptive to new things, their outlook on life, values and world outlook are not fully mature. Based on the influence of TV legal programs on contemporary college students, this article analyzes the status quo of contemporary college students ’legal awareness and probes into the ways of cultivating college students’ legal awareness.
