中西古典艺术审美理想都是追求和谐美的,而源生于中西文化传统之中的美术创作,又分别显示了不同的创造观念及创造成果,构建了人类古典艺术和谐美的形态。中西艺术的“新和谐”是在诸多矛盾中的“新和谐”就是指中西美术在路径中的非一致性,在不同方向上的发展,但最终却归于“和谐”这一基点之上。
The aesthetic ideals of Chinese and Western classical art are all in pursuit of harmony and beauty. However, the creation of art originating from the traditions of Chinese and Western cultures shows the different creative ideas and creative achievements respectively, thus creating a harmonious and beautiful form of human classical art. “New harmony” between Chinese and Western art is the “new harmony” in many contradictions. It refers to the inconsistency in the path of Chinese and Western art and its development in different directions, but it eventually falls to the point of “harmony.”
