针对石油天然气输送常用的X65管线钢管进行闪光焊接工艺试验,测试了闪光焊接接头各区域的低温冲击韧性。采用光学金相显微镜、电子显微分析技术研究闪光焊接热循环对X65管线钢接头组织和韧性的影响。结果表明,X65管线钢管闪光焊接接头焊缝成形良好。焊态下,接头各区域的-40℃低温冲击功较低,焊缝区冲击功仅为11.6J,只有母材的27%。经过焊后热处理,接头的冲击韧性有所改善,焊缝冲击功可以达到母材的55%。接头焊缝组织为粗大块状铁素体、针状铁素体和层片状珠光体,热处理后晶粒细化。
The X65 pipeline steel pipe commonly used in oil and gas transportation was tested by flash welding process, and the low temperature impact toughness of each region of flash welded joints was tested. The effects of flash welding heat cycle on the microstructure and toughness of X65 pipeline steel were studied by optical microscope and electron microscopy. The results show that the welded joint of X65 pipeline steel flash welded joint is well formed. Under the welding condition, the low-temperature impact energy of -40 ℃ in each zone of the joint is low, the impact energy of the weld zone is only 11.6J, only 27% of the base metal. After the post-weld heat treatment, the impact toughness of the joint has been improved, the weld impact energy can reach 55% of the base metal. Joints welded joints for coarse massive ferrite, acicular ferrite and lamellar pearlite, grain refinement after heat treatment.
