由于学生数学学习能力的差异性,在教学过程中难以达到统一的教学目标,如果设定的目标低,学习能力中、低等的学生基本能达到,学生有成就感,信心增强,但学习能力强的学生则吃不饱;如果设定的目标过高,照顾不到学困生,则容易造成潜力生厌学,甚至可能会导致学生辍学。如何解决这一问题成为了教育工作者所面临的重要课题。为此,本人在实际教学中引入分层教学理念,取得了良好的效果。
Due to the difference of students ’ability of maths learning, it is difficult to reach a unified teaching goal in the process of teaching. If the target set is low, middle and lower students’ learning ability can be basically achieved, students have a sense of achievement, confidence, but learning ability Strong students are not enough; if the set goals are too high, can not take care of poor students, it is likely to cause students to learn, and may even lead to drop-outs. How to solve this problem has become an important issue facing educators. To this end, I introduce the concept of teaching in different levels and achieve good results.
