我县医疗单位30mAX光机均系70年代产品。防护条件差,1.部份X光机无铝过滤或厚度不够,导致球管出线口输出量增加。2.屏周挂帘和屏侧铅橡皮长度和宽度不够。3.聚光筒铅当量不够,对上述问题,采取了如下措施。 1.限光、提质、准直。用2mm铅板自制古钱板30个,每台机配备一个,该板小孔制作根据使用时焦皮距不同,保证投照到荧光屏上时周边至少有1cm无光区。用2mm铝板制作过滤片30个,起到滤除低能射线,以提高线束质量。还在收光器前加聚光筒,并以2mm铁皮衬内。2.扩大荧光屏,加
