韦尔奇曾说过,“任何一家想靠竞争取胜的企业必须设法使每个员工敬业”。《财富》美国百家雇主的调查表明,敬业度得分高的公司其股价比标准普尔500内的其他公司高出12%,所以对员工敬业度的关注成为国外企业人力资源管理的新焦点。同时,当越来越多的中国企业将敬业度作为衡量管理者绩效的指标时,也让很多员工担心——敬业一定能给企业带来高额效益吗?
Welch once said, “Any company that wants to win by competition must try to be dedicated to every employee.” According to a survey conducted by Fortune 100 employers in the United States, companies with high engagement scores are 12% more expensive than other companies in the S & P 500, so focus on employee engagement has become the new focus of HR management in foreign companies.
