1983年6月22～25日省冶金局在云锡公司松树脚锡矿召开“有色矿山以采场为单元组织生产经验交流会”。参加会议的有局属有色矿山企业主管生产的各级领导和工程技术人员等150多人。会上云锡公司松树脚锡矿、东川落雪矿和易门铜矿等单位介绍了经验。省冶金局局长程鄂同志出席了会议,并对今后有色矿山在抓好精神文明和物质文明建设的前提下,依靠技术进步,加强科学管理方面提出了重要的意见。

Comrade Cheng E, Director of Provincial Bureau of Metallurgy, attended the meeting and put forward important opinions on the progress of technology and strengthening scientific management on the premise of strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and material civilization in the future.
