名牌企业虽然大多都具有良好的道德,但也有一些名牌企业出现了“失德”现象,表现为产品质量不合格、广告道德缺失、欺骗消费者等。产生这些问题的原因在于受利益驱动,管理不到位;企业内部存在利益矛盾,干群关系不协调;缺少对异国异族道德情感的尊重;执法机关对名牌企业的失德行为监督、惩罚的力度不够。解决的对策是以人民利益为根本,把好质量的每一个环节;协调好企业内部的利益矛盾,建立和谐的干群关系;尊重异国异族的道德情感;加强企业和员工的道德自律;加强和完善立法,加大执法、监督的力度等。
