[目的]探讨心电图(ECG)提示P-R段缩短(有预激综合证的ECG除外)与阵发性心房纤颤的相关性。[方法]对2005～2011年期间入住我院的53例ECG提示窦性心律同时出现P-R段缩短的患者进行24h动态心电图(ambutatory ateccrocardiogram DCG)检测统计。[结果]53例ECG提示窦性心律合并P-R段缩短的患者,有19例患者发生了阵发性的心房纤颤(Afcatrial fibriffation Af)。[结论]ECG提示窦性律有P-R段缩短的患者,通过DCG的记录和观察发现与阵发性Af有一定的相关性。
[Objective] To investigate the correlation between ECG and P-R shortening (excluding ECG with WPW syndrome) and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. [Methods] Fifty-three patients admitted to our hospital from 2005 to 2011 were enrolled in this study. The 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (DCG) was used to detect sinus rhythm in patients with shortening of P-R segment. [Results] In 53 patients with ECG suggestive of sinus rhythm and P-R segment shortening, 19 patients had paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (Afcatrial fibriffation Af). [Conclusion] The ECG suggests that patients with sinus rhythm with P-R segment shortening have some correlation with paroxysmal Af by recording and observing DCG.
