1病例资料男，53岁。因中上腹痛、呕吐6h入院。患者入院前6h进食后出现中上腹持续性绞痛，频繁呕吐胃内容物，伴胸闷、气促、心悸、乏力。既往体健，无柏油样便及外伤史。查体：血压75／40mmHg。四肢厥冷，大汗，面色苍白，口唇发绀，表情淡漠，巩膜无黄染。
以腹痛及休克为首发表现的嗜铬细胞瘤
