目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DDR)中组织均衡技术(TE)在鼻骨骨折中的应用价值。方法对100例鼻骨骨折患者应用DDR常规和TE技术两种方法比较对显示鼻骨结构骨折的敏感性。结果 100例中运用DDR常规和TE技术分别得到优质图像为53例、96例,无法接受图像质量的为22例、0例,两者差异有统计学意义(2χ=17.54,P<0.05)。结论 TE技术能够更好的显示鼻骨骨折。
Objective To investigate the value of tissue equalization (TE) in nasal bone fractures in direct digital radiography (DDR). Methods 100 cases of nasal fracture patients with DDR conventional and TE techniques to compare the two methods to show the sensitivity of nasal bone fractures. Results There were 53 cases (96 cases) with normal quality of TE and 100 cases of normal quality of life (TE). There were 22 cases and 0 cases, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (2χ = 17.54, P <0.05). Conclusion TE technique can better show the nasal bone fracture.
