古人云,不谋万世者,不足谋一时;不谋全局者,不足谋一域。近年来,根据城市总体发展规划,盘锦广播电视台积极构建以“政府→媒体→公众”为主体的传导路径,由表及里,由浅入深,向目标受众传递城市的核心价值理念,有力提升了城市品牌的认知度、美誉度和影响力,为盘锦获得“中国十大魅力湿地”、“全国优秀旅游城市”、“国家级生态建设示范区”、“全国双拥模范城”等殊荣发挥了应有的舆论引导作用。笔者结合实践,试论述如下:
