肝细胞胰岛素受体的放射受体测定,已有不少报道,但方法不易重复。我们根据本实验室的条件,建立了大鼠肝细胞胰岛素受体测定的方法。并采用Scatchard作图法和De Meyts作图法,可分别获得胰岛素受体特性的二个重要参数——受体总数和亲和力。材料与方法一、材料 1、Wistar大白鼠160—180g,2,(125)I-胰岛素258μci/μg由华山医院糖尿病研究室提供,标记方法系采用B.B.Tower双步酶标法。
There have been many reports on the determination of radioactive receptor of hepatocyte insulin receptor, but the method is not easy to repeat. According to our laboratory conditions, we established a method for the determination of insulin receptor in rat hepatocytes. Scatchard mapping and De Meyts mapping were used to obtain two important parameters of insulin receptor, namely, the total number of receptors and the affinity.
