白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera(Horvath)在江苏地区大发生频率比较高,苏北尤其如此。我县在1967～1986年间平均每二年大发生一次,70年代至80年代前期几乎连年大发生。1973年发现白背飞虱有在沿海一带发生早、危害重的现象,1983年起对它的迁入峰进行追踪调查,揭示了迁入虫源在海陆风的影响下,在沿海5公里左右范围内降落特多的规律。早期迁入虫源繁殖一代羽化后可向内地扩散蔓延,是加重8月份全县主害代发生的原因。同时发现它
