培养公民的创新意识与创新能力有赖于创新教育。高等学校(特别是教学研究型大学和研究型大学)开展研究型教学创新教育对于提高全民族的创造力则具有举足轻重的意义。法学高等教育中的创新教育受制于教学目标、课程体系、教学模式与方法、教学管理模式、教学外部环境等诸多因素。本文试从创新教育的视角反思我国的法学教学模式探讨研究型教学模式的创新教育意义。
Cultivating citizens’ innovative awareness and innovation depends on innovation education. Higher education (especially teaching and research universities and research universities) to carry out research-based education innovation education for improving the creativity of the entire nation is of decisive significance. The innovation education in law higher education is subject to many factors such as teaching goal, curriculum system, teaching mode and method, teaching management mode and teaching external environment. This article tries to reflect the innovation education significance of the research-based teaching mode from the perspective of innovative education.
