临床所见的因下颌埋伏牙就诊患者,大多表现为疼痛,肿胀及张口困难,而且大多数病人是经过反复多次出现上述症状之后才同意拔除患牙。现将我科收治的9例报告如下: 临床资料 本组患者9例,其中男性4例,女性5例;年龄22～57岁。就诊时均为疼痛,肿胀及张口困难,病程最长两年半。最短仅两天,经拍下颌侧位片,9例患者均为骨埋伏牙,其中7例为部分骨埋伏牙,2例为完全骨埋伏牙;邻牙龋坏5例,缺失3例,1例正常。所有患者都经门诊拔除患牙。
