在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂中采用脂肪醇醚对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)进行接枝酯化改性,制备了一种具有梳型两亲结构的SMA脂肪醇醚单酯钠盐表面活性物质,即SMA-g-O-3、SMA-g-O-6、SMA-g-O-10、SMA-g-O-15和SMA-g-O-20。通过红外和GPC分析佐证了接枝酯化的发生,其酯化反应率都在91%以上。采用吊环法对酯化产物的表面张力进行了测定,并对其进行了复鞣加脂应用试验。其试验结果表明:SMA经系列脂肪醇醚改性后,其表面活性有很大程度的提高,其中SMA-g-O-15水溶液的表面活性最好;皮革试样经SMA钠盐、SMA脂肪醇醚单酯钠盐处理作用后,皮革厚度明显增加、抗张强度及抗撕裂强度明显提高,但SMA脂肪醇醚单酯钠盐的效果尤为明显。
The graft copolymerization of styrene-maleic anhydride (SMA) with fatty alcohol ether in N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent was carried out to prepare an amphiphilic SMA fatty alcohol monoester sodium salt surface active substances, namely SMA-gO-3, SMA-gO-6, SMA-gO-10, SMA-gO-15 and SMA-gO-20. The grafting and esterification were confirmed by IR and GPC. The esterification reaction rates were over 91%. The surface tension of the esterified product was determined by the ring method, and the retanning and fatliquoring application test was carried out. The experimental results showed that the surface activity of SMA increased greatly after modified with series of fatty alcohol ethers, and the surface activity of SMA-gO-15 aqueous solution was the best. The samples of SMA were treated with SMA sodium salt, SMA fatty alcohol ether After treated with monoester sodium salt, the thickness of leather increased obviously, and the tensile strength and tear strength increased obviously, but the effect of SMA fatty alcohol monoester sodium was more obvious.
