中国政府是人民的政府。为人民服务、对人民负责,支持和保证人民行使当家作主的权利,是中国政府全部工作的根本宗旨。要确保我国政府永远是一个民主的政府,并且不断地提高民主的程度,就必须树立全新的行政法治理念,强化政府责任担当,在破除“官本位”思想、强调行政程序优先观念、注重道德修养等方面下功夫,积极塑造服务型法治政府新形象,全面推进社会主义民主政治建设的新进程。
The Chinese government is the people’s government. Serving the people, being responsible to the people, and supporting and guaranteeing people’s rights to be the masters of their own affairs are the fundamental purposes of all the work of the Chinese government. To ensure that our government will always be a democratic government and constantly improve the degree of democracy, we must establish a new concept of the administrative law and strengthen the responsibility of the government, break the “official position ” thinking, emphasize the priority of administrative procedures, pay attention to Moral cultivation and other aspects of efforts to actively shape the new image of service-oriented rule of law and government, and comprehensively promote the socialist democratic political construction of a new process.
