运用食品安全性毒理学评价程序及保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法 ,对丹贝异黄酮提取物 (TIE)的食用安全性及抑制肿瘤作用进行了研究。结果表明 :丹贝异黄酮提取物无毒、无致突变作用 ,在食用上是安全的 ;丹贝异黄酮提取物高剂量对S 180肿瘤小鼠有明显的抑瘤作用 ,抑瘤率为30 9% ,它还可以增强荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能
Food safety toxicological evaluation procedures and health food functional evaluation procedures and test methods were used to study the food safety and tumor suppressing effects of Tie isoflavone extract (TIE). The results showed that the extract of D. eryngii isoflavones was non-toxic and non-mutagenic, and it was safe to eat. The high dose of D. eryngii isoflavone extract had significant anti-tumor effect on S180 tumor-bearing mice, and the tumor inhibition rate was 30. 9%, it can also enhance the thymus index and phagocytosis of macrophages in tumor-bearing mice.
