目的对循证护理在儿科护理实践中的应用效果予以分析和探讨。方法将2014年3月至2015年9月期间于我院进行治疗儿科患儿52例随机均分为两组,每组各为26例,分别为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组采用循证护理。对两组患儿的治疗效果及护理满意率进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗的有效率明显高于对照组,且P<0.05,两组差异具有可比性,有统计学意义。观察组患儿的护理满意率高于对照组,且P<0.05,两组差异具有可比性,有统计学意义。结论循证护理在儿科护理实践中具有较为良好的应用效果,可以更好的改善患儿的预后,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in pediatric nursing practice. Methods 52 pediatric pediatric patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, each with 26 cases each, which were observed group and control group respectively. The control group using conventional nursing methods, the observation group using evidence-based care. The two groups of children with the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction rate were analyzed. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and P <0.05, the difference between the two groups was comparable and statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, and P <0.05, the difference between the two groups was comparable with statistical significance. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in pediatric nursing practice has a relatively good effect, can better improve the prognosis of children and improve the treatment effect.
