钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度是常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测指标之一,但是,随着钻孔深度增大,预测结果的准确性逐渐降低。这导致预测深度较浅,严重制约着采掘速度的提高。通过对钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定仪器工作时的受力状况进行分析,得出了胶囊不同位置的应力状态,并提出了新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备的研究思路,制造出了相应的装备,并进行了现场试验。试验结果显示:新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备测定钻孔深度要高于传统仪器。
The initial rate of gas emission from boreholes is one of the most commonly used predictors of coal and gas outburst. However, as borehole depth increases, the accuracy of prediction results decreases. This led to the prediction of shallow depth, seriously restricting the mining speed. Through the analysis of the stress state of the gas velocity measurement instrument at the time of drilling operation, the stress state of the capsule at different positions was obtained and the research thought of the new gas emission initial velocity measurement equipment of the borehole was put forward. Correspondingly, Equipment, and conducted a field test.
