目的:提高筋痛消酊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对当归和川芎进行鉴别,以正已烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(12:0.4:0.4的展开剂;采用HPLC法测定大黄中大黄素和大黄酚的总量,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80:20)为流动相。结果:薄层板上可对当归和川芎进行同时鉴别;大黄素线性范围0.01~0.54μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.12%(n=6),大黄酚的线性范围0.01~0.53μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.04%(n=6)。结论:新制订的质量标准方法准确、精密度高并且切实可行。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of eliminating pain and removing tincture. Methods: Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong rhizome were identified by thin-layer chromatography. The total amount of emodin and chrysophanol in rhubarb was determined by n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol (12: 0.4: Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80:20) as mobile phase.Results: The linear range of emodin was 0.01-0.54μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 8) ), And the average recovery was 100.12% (n = 6). The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.01 ~ 0.53μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery was 100.04% (n = 6). The newly developed quality standard is accurate, precise and practicable.
