基于黄炎培倡导的“使无业者有业,有业者乐业”的职业教育终极目标,从3个方面论述了黄炎培的职教思想及其现代价值:一要尊重学生个性特征,培养学生全面发展;二要契合社会共性需要,践行“社会化”办学;三要呼唤“敬业乐群”职业道德的回归,培育学生工匠精神。因此,办好职业教育应当在微观上尊重学生个性发展,宏观上满足社会经济需要,并在此基础上重视工匠精神的培育,以促进现代职业教育健康全面发展。
Based on the ultimate goal of vocational education advocated by Huang Yanpei, this article discusses Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and its modern value from three aspects: First, we should respect the personality characteristics of students and develop the students’ comprehensiveness Development; two to meet the common needs of society, practice “social ” school; three to call “professional music group ” return of professional ethics, cultivate the spirit of student artisans. Therefore, running a good vocational education should respect the personality development of students microscopically and meet the needs of society and economy macroscopically. On this basis, we should pay attention to cultivating the spirit of artisans in order to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of modern vocational education.
