调查研究是领导干部深入基层,了解基层实际情况的基本途径。通过调查研究,可以发现基层工作的成功经验,把这些经验进行推广,能提高整体工作水平;也可以发现问题和不足,督促基层单位整改,从而在全局起到警示和防微杜渐的作用。这对转变干部工作作风,提高工作效率有着积极的作用。但在工作中。个别领导干部把调查研究变成了“检查研究”,起不到调查研究的效果,使调查研究走形式、变了样。
