目的调查分析某铝厂噪声作业工人的听力损失情况。方法监测生产性噪声源作业点,对接噪工人(噪声组)和对照组健康体检,并作双耳气导听力测定,评定噪声聋程度。结果 42个噪声作业点噪声超标率69.0%(29/42);噪声组耳鸣、耳聋、神经衰弱等自觉症状和听力损伤高于对照组,接噪工龄与听力损伤呈现明显的正相关。结论工人在噪声环境工作会听力损伤,且时间越长损伤越严重。
Objective To investigate and analyze the hearing loss of noise workers in an aluminum factory. Methods The work points of productive noise sources were monitored, the healthy workers were interviewed with noise workers (noise group) and the control group, and the audiometry of both ears was conducted to evaluate the degree of noise deafness. Results The 42% noise point exceeded the standard of 69.0% (29/42). The noise-induced tinnitus, deafness, neurasthenia and other symptoms and hearing impairment were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Workers work in noisy environment will be hearing impairment, and the longer the damage is, the more serious the damage is.
