目的:探讨中药复方肤敏膏对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致创面愈合和瘢痕形成的影响。方法:以豚鼠背部皮肤腐蚀伤为模型,测定反应强度、愈合时间和开始长毛时间;造模后取豚鼠皮肤全层组织,切片,HE染色,观察并计数毛细血管数、测定纤维细胞层厚度。结果:“肤敏膏”高剂量、低剂量组均能降低过敏反应强度、促进愈合、缓减纤维细胞层增厚,防止毛细血管减少。结论:肤敏膏可缓减DNCB过敏反应,促进愈合,缓减病理性瘢痕的形成。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Fufangfuban cream on wound healing and scar formation induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Methods: The guinea pigs skin erosion on the back was taken as the model to measure the reaction intensity, the healing time and the beginning of the long hair time. After the model was made, the guinea pigs were harvested and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE). The number of capillaries was observed and counted. . Results: “skin cream ” high dose, low dose group can reduce the intensity of allergic reactions and promote healing, reduce fibrin layer thickening, prevent capillary reduction. Conclusion: Skin cream can alleviate the allergic reaction of DNCB, promote healing and reduce the formation of pathological scar.
