目的 :调查南方地区虫媒病毒感染情况。方法 :应用虫媒病毒的通用引物逆转录 -聚合酶链反应技术 (RT -PCR)。结果 :检测 110组骚扰阿蚊、90组白纹伊蚊和 18组致倦库蚊标本 ,分别检出 15组、9组和 2组阳性标本 ,阳性率分别为 13.6 3%、10 %、11.11% ;16 8份发烧病人待查标本中 ,2 8份疑似登革热血标本、11份疑似乙型脑炎血标本和 3份“不明热”血标本 ,均扩增出4 13bp的特异带 ,证实为虫媒病毒感染。结论 :①我国南方地区存在除登革病毒和乙型脑炎病毒外的其它黄病毒感染 ;② 3种蚊虫标本检测出的阳性率表明 ,还可能存在新虫媒病毒疫源地。
Objective: To investigate the situation of arbovirus infection in southern area. Methods: The universal primer reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) of Arbovirus was used. Results: A total of 110 mosquitoes, 10 Aedes albopictus and 18 Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were detected in 110 groups. Positive samples of 15, 9 and 2 were detected respectively, the positive rates were 13.6%, 10%, 11.11 %. In the 16 8 fever patients, 28 specific suspected dengue blood samples, 11 blood samples of suspected encephalitis and 3 “unknown hot” blood samples were amplified, and 4 13bp specific bands were amplified, confirming For the arbovirus infection. Conclusion: (1) There are other flavivirus infections except dengue virus and Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) in the southern part of China. (2) The positive rates of the three kinds of mosquito specimens indicate that there may be new origin of the arboviral virus.
