一在艺术中专教育中,公共基础教学是依附于专业教学而存在的,多年以来沿袭的是一种自闭状态,无法掌握自主教学规律。而公共基础教学特有的功能性,对启动由中专向大专的改制进程,有着至关重要的意义。艺术中专生普遍存在轻视公共基础课程,却对专业教师的体罚心甘情愿的问题。这种不正常的现象,主要是由中专教学环境的狭隘性造成的,导致学生专业发展失衡、综合素质偏低。由于艺术中专存在教学结构的不合理性和教学管理的单一性,因此,在由中专改办为大专的过程中,必须着力进行教学结构和教学管理的均衡建制。
In art secondary education, basic public education is dependent on professional teaching and exists for many years, followed by an autistic state, unable to grasp the law of autonomous teaching. However, the unique functions of public basic education have a vital significance in starting the restructuring process from secondary specialized secondary schools. Art secondary school students prejudice public basic courses, but the professional teachers of corporal punishment willing to question. This abnormal phenomenon is mainly caused by the narrow teaching environment of secondary vocational schools, which leads to imbalance of professional development of students and low overall quality. Due to the unreasonable existence of teaching structure in art secondary schools and the unity of teaching management, it is imperative to focus on the balanced establishment of teaching structure and teaching management in the process of reformatting secondary technical secondary schools to tertiary colleges.
