对中国春为遗传背景的中国春Lo .elongatum (Host)A .L veEe 染色体二体代换系和二体附加系的白粉病抗性进行了鉴定。在 2 7个供试材料中 ,只有一个代换系DS7Ee(7D)DV82 - 2 - 1- (1)表现为中抗 ,其余全部表现为感病 ,尤以二个附加系DA2Ee New - 8- 9- 4- 3 - 6 - (1)和DA6Ee- 2 - 4- 12 - 4- 2 - (5 )感病特别严重 ,表现为高感。结果表明 :①Lo .elongatum的E染色体组在中国春的遗传背景中对白粉病的抗性没有多大贡献 ;②中国春的 7D染色体上可能存在小麦白粉病抗性的抑制因子 ;③白粉病抗性存在微效多基因效应。
The resistance to powdery mildew in the Chinese Spring Lo. Elongatum (Host) A.L veEe chromosome two-body substitution lines and the two-body addition lines with Chinese spring as the genetic background was identified. Among 27 tested cultivars, only one substitutional line DS7Ee (7D) DV82-2-1- (1) showed resistance and all others showed susceptibility, especially two additional lines, DA2Ee New - 8- 9- 4- 3 - 6 - (1) and DA6Ee- 2 - 4- 12 - 4- 2 - (5) were particularly severe and showed high sensation. The results showed that: ①E. chromosome of O. elongatum did not contribute significantly to the resistance of powdery mildew in the genetic background of Chinese spring; ② There may be some resistance factors of wheat powdery mildew resistance on chromosome 7D of China; ③The resistance of powdery mildew There is a slight effect of multi-gene effect.
