Objective To investigate the changes of hepatic and renal functions and electrolytes in patients with snakebite and its clinical significance. Methods According to the degree of poisoning, 62 cases of snakebite patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of poisoning: 30 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group, and the serum liver function, renal function and electrolyte were observed. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the concentration of Na + and moderate to severe Na + in the light poisoning group (P <0.01), and the abnormal increase was in the critical type Poisoning group> medium poisoning group> light poisoning group. Conclusion Observation and analysis of the above biochemical changes in the concentration of toxicosis to determine the extent of clinical emergency treatment is of great significance.
