目的:探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:124例病毒性心肌炎分两组治疗,对照组给以休息,维生素C,能量合剂和抗病毒治疗;治疗组加用16-二磷酸果糖治疗。结果:两组对病毒性心肌炎治疗均有效,但治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效好。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods: 124 cases of viral myocarditis were divided into two groups. The control group was given rest, vitamin C, energy mixture and antiviral therapy. The treatment group was treated with fructose - 16 - diphosphate. Results: Both groups were effective in the treatment of viral myocarditis, but the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: fructose-1,6-diphosphate is effective in treating viral myocarditis.
