原发性高血压患者68例,盐酸苯那普利10~20mg/d,少数治疗1周后疗效未达理想标准者加用适量钙拮抗剂或β-受体阻滞剂,疗程4周,观察其对原发性高血压的治疗作用以及对血脂、血糖等与高血压有关的血液因子的影响。结果显示,治疗后血压显著下降(P<0.01),同时可改善原发性高血压患者的肝肾功能和胰岛素抗性,而对心率和血脂无不良影响。认为,与其它血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类药物一样,盐酸苯那普利有其独到的优势,有着良好的应用前景。
