目的通过工作场所职业病危害作业分级,评价某天然气产能建设项目职业病防护设施的运行效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、检测检验和定量分级法进行分析与评价。结果化学物工作场所职业病危害作业分级均为0级;二氧化碳回收单元噪声作业分级为Ⅰ级,其他工作场所噪声作业分级均为0级。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,但需加强二氧化碳回收单元噪声的职业病危害控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the operation effect of occupational disease prevention facilities in a natural gas production capacity construction project through the classification of occupational hazards in the workplace. Methods The field occupational health survey, testing and quantitative analysis were used to analyze and evaluate. Results All occupational hazards in the chemical workplace were classified as grade 0; those for carbon dioxide recovery units were classified as grade Ⅰ; and those for other workplaces were rated grade 0. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in the project are feasible and effective, but occupational hazards control measures to enhance the noise of carbon dioxide recovery units are needed.
