目的探讨规范产前超声检查诊断胎儿肢体畸形的价值。方法产前采用超声筛查的1560例孕妇作为研究对象,均接受二维超声诊断,采用连续追踪超声检测法对胎儿的四肢进行重点检测,观察胎儿肢体畸形检出率。结果产前超声共检出160例四肢畸形胎儿,其中上肢畸形52例,下肢畸形108例,四肢畸形中组足内外翻、畸形手、对称性四肢短小等最为常见;引产后显示四肢畸形胎儿163例,漏诊1例足外翻、2例畸形手,超声诊断结果与引产结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论规范产前超声检查诊断胎儿肢体畸形具有显著价值,通过多次重复诊断有助于提高肢体畸形检出率,为临床诊断及治疗提供依据,有助于人口质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods A total of 1560 pregnant women who were screened by ultrasound during prenatal period were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasonography. The sequential detection of ultrasound was used to detect the limbs of the fetus and the detection rate of fetal limb deformity was observed. Results Prenatal ultrasound detected a total of 160 cases of fetal limb deformities fetuses, of which 52 cases of upper limb deformity, 108 cases of lower limb deformity, limb deformity in the group of foot valgus, deformity hand, short symmetry of the limbs is most common; For example, 1 case of foot eversion and 2 cases of deformity were missed. There was no significant difference between ultrasound diagnosis and induction of labor (P> 0.05). Conclusion It is significant to standardize prenatal ultrasound to diagnose fetal limb deformity. Repeated diagnosis can help improve the detection rate of limb deformity and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is helpful to improve the population quality.
