建立1/2尺寸的建筑外立面火溢流阻隔模拟试验台,以甲醇为燃料,通过试验研究通风因子和窗口高宽比对燃烧室内和建筑外立面温度分布的影响规律。设置10个工况,得出燃烧室内平均温度和开口的关系、不同工况建筑外立面温度分布。建筑外立面温度分布受通风因子、窗口高宽比的耦合作用。在建筑外立面无量纲温度分布模型的基础上提出耦合通风因子和窗口高宽比的建筑外立面无量纲温度分布矫正模型。窗口高宽比较小时,溢出火羽流宽度较大,厚度较小,使得溢出羽流的侧向卷吸弱于正向卷吸,火羽流在溢出后易呈贴附壁面状。
A 1/2 scale fire overflow barrier simulation test bench for building facade was set up to study the effect of ventilation factor and aspect ratio on the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber and building facade with methanol as fuel. Set 10 conditions, draw the average temperature of the combustion chamber and the relationship between the opening, the temperature distribution of the facade of different conditions. Building facades temperature distribution by the ventilation factor, window aspect ratio coupling. On the basis of non-dimensional temperature distribution model of building facades, a non-dimensional temperature distribution correction model of building facades with coupled ventilation factor and window aspect ratio is proposed. When the window height and width ratio is small, the width of the overflow fire plume is larger and the thickness is smaller, so that the lateral plucking of the overflow plume is weaker than the positive entrainment, and the plume of fire easily sticks to the wall surface after overflowing.
