在新的教育教学环境下,常规的教学模式往往给教学带来很多困惑和问题,使教学存在诸多需要思考的问题。学案、讲学稿等成为当下众多学校实施先学后教,增强学习效果的主要模式和手段,本校以学教方案为载体的教学模式摸索应用几年,但又出现新的问题,教学过后进行反思总结,寻找合适自己、适合学生的教学模式可以完善教学,让老师的教和学生的学有机整合。
