水泥科学研究所与钢筋混凝土科学研究所及全苏钢筋混凝土科学研究院合作进行研制快硬水泥的工作,用这种水泥能够确保制备出快硬混凝土。该混凝土在自然条件下硬化时强度增长速度与普通波特兰水泥用水热处理的一样。在论文作者之一的指导下,以特种工业废渣为原料,研制出这种水泥。按现行的标准试验,在自然条件下硬化2小时后,其强度可达150—300公斤/厘米~2,一天强度就增长
The Institute of Cement Science and Research cooperated with the Institute of Reinforced Concrete Science and the All-Soc Steel Reinforced Concrete Science Research Institute to develop fast-hardened cement, which can ensure the production of fast-hard concrete. The strength of the concrete when it hardens under natural conditions is the same as that of ordinary portland cement heat-treated with water. Under the guidance of one of the authors of this paper, the cement was developed using special industrial waste as raw material. According to the current standard test, after hardening in natural conditions for 2 hours, its strength can reach 150-300 kg/cm~2, and the intensity of one day will increase.
