随着社会的不断发展和经济水平的不断提高,人力资源管理成为了现代企业中最为重要的问题。因为人力资源管理工作主要是对企业内部人员进行配置的一项工作,实际上,人力资源管理工作是一项十分复杂的工作,所以,在企业的人力资源管理中应用激励机制,能够有效地提高人力资源管理人员的工作效率。因此,本文就企业人力资源管理中引进激励机制的重要作用和形式进行分析,提出如何高效地将激励机制引入到企业的人力资源管理当中。
With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of economic level, human resources management has become the most important issue in modern enterprises.
