我院是一所市级综合性医院,担负着全市医教研工作和对基层医院的医疗指导工作,同时,承担着华西医科大学、市卫生学校的实习带教任务。今年又被四川省认定为继续教育基地医院,承担对副主任医师及以下职称医师的继续教育工作。根据医院分级管理(我院为二级甲等医院),我们在质控方面做了一些探讨,现简介如下,供参考。 一、建立管理机构,完善管理制度;质量控制是医院分级管理中必备条件之一,同时,也是放射科工作不可缺少的,具有指导、检查、督促、反馈等职能。 1、我科建立了以科主任、技师长及主治医师以上职 Our hospital is a city-level comprehensive hospital, which is responsible for the city’s medical education and research work and medical guidance work for basic hospitals.
