提高人口素质是我国计划生育工作的一项根本职责。预防和减少病残儿出生是提高人口素质的重要内容和途径。本文拟通过对我市 1992年至 1996年经市病残儿医学鉴定专家组鉴定 ,符合生二胎的 2 84例病残儿 (以下简称病残儿 )进行综合分析 ,对病残儿的成因及预防对策进行初步探讨。
Improving population quality is a fundamental responsibility of our family planning work. Preventing and reducing the birth of disabled children is an important content and way to improve the quality of the population. This article intends to make a comprehensive analysis of 2 84 disabled children (hereinafter referred to as disabled children) who are identified with the second trimester by the city’s expert group for medical examination of the disabled children from 1992 to 1996, and analyze the causes of the disabled children And preventive measures to conduct a preliminary discussion.
