流行性出血热(EHF)严重威胁着人群的健康。目前临床上尚缺乏特效治疗,干扰素(IFN)在体内及体外的细胞培养中均具有抗病毒作用。我们使用国产人白细胞干扰素(HLI)治疗EHF早期患者,似有一定疗效。
Epidemic haemorrhagic fever (EHF) is a serious threat to the health of the population. At present, there is a lack of special treatment in clinical practice. Interferon (IFN) has antiviral activity both in vivo and in vitro. We use domestic human leukocyte interferon (HLI) treatment of early EHF patients, seems to have a certain effect.
