目的了解体检医务人员手卫生状况,以提出相应的对策提高手卫生质量。方法按2002年版《消毒技术规范》评价标准要求对体检医务人员手进行采样及监测。结果监测医务人员共186人,洗手后手卫生合格率为89.2%;其中护士、医生和实习生合格率分别为94.7%、90.4%和83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应完善手卫生制度,加强手卫生监管,提高手卫生认知水平、依从性及执行率。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene of medical staff in order to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve hand hygiene quality. Method According to the 2002 edition of “Disinfection Technical Specifications” evaluation criteria for physical examination medical staff hand sampling and monitoring. Results A total of 186 medical staffs were monitored. The passing rate of hand hygiene after hand washing was 89.2%. The pass rates of nurses, doctors and trainees were 94.7%, 90.4% and 83.3% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The system of hand hygiene should be improved, the hand hygiene supervision should be strengthened, and the cognitive level, compliance and implementation rate of hand hygiene should be improved.
