1 Introduction In rooting culture of potato virus-free test-tube plantlets, BA is usually added for root induction. In order to shorten the incubation time and reduce the production cost, we use rooting powder (produced by Sichuan LanYue Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.) instead of BA induction tube Seedling roots. The purpose of this experiment is to compare the effects of different rooting powder and BA treatments on the rooting, growth and tuberization of potato plantlets
