合成16个黄烷酮-7-O-乙酸、乙酸酯、乙酰氨基酸和二肽衍生物。以DEPC催化形成酰胺键获得成功。合成的目标化合物的心血管药理初筛结果不理想。
Sixteen flavanone-7-O-acetic acid, acetate, acetyl amino acid and dipeptide derivatives were synthesized. DEPC catalyzed the formation of amide bond success. The synthesis of the target compound of cardiovascular pharmacological preliminary screening results are not satisfactory.
