采用RTCA法和Annexin-V/PI双标记法研究了一种新型磷镁晶须的体外生物相容性,采用共培养法研究了抗菌性能。结果表明,磷镁晶须材料的生物相容性随着晶须浓度的提高而降低,晶须浓度小于等于500μg/m L时具有较好的体外生物相容性。当晶须浓度为50μg/m L和200μg/m L时,对成骨细胞几乎没有影响。磷镁晶须的杀菌效能随着浓度的提高而提高,浓度为500μg/m L时对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别达到96.84%和99.93%,表现出优异的抗菌性能。
The in vitro biocompatibility of a new type of magnesium phosphate whisker was studied by RTCA and Annexin-V / PI double labeling. The antimicrobial activity was studied by co-culture method. The results showed that the biocompatibility of the phosphate-magnesium whisker material decreased with the increase of whisker concentration, and had good in vitro biocompatibility when the whisker concentration was less than 500μg / m L. Osteoblasts had little effect at whisker concentrations of 50 μg / ml and 200 μg / ml. The bactericidal efficacy of WPA whiskers increased with the increase of concentration. The bactericidal rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 96.84% and 99.93% at the concentration of 500μg / mL, respectively, showing excellent antibacterial activity.
