以山杏良种为试材,采用正交实验设计,优化了其枝接繁殖技术,以期提出低成本、高效率的枝接关键技术,为优化和完善山杏良种快繁技术体系提供技术支撑。结果表明:不同处理的枝接效果差异显著,母树年龄、采穗部位、接穗斜面长度对枝接效果均有显著影响。不同处理的枝接工效差异明显,采穗部位、接穗斜面长度对枝接工效影响显著。7号处理,即接穗斜面长度1.5 cm、母树年龄1年、采穗部位枝条下段,嫁接高度4 cm,枝接效果最好,其成活率、嫩枝粗度和嫩枝长度分别为98.67%、7.38 mm和94.32 cm;7号处理枝接工效用时为29.67 min,平均可节约生产成本31.7%。综合枝接效果和工效,7号处理成活率高,生长效果好,工效快,成本低,为最优组合,可以在山杏良种推广中加以应用。
Using the almonds as test material, orthogonal experiment design was adopted to optimize its branch propagation technology, in order to propose a key technology of low cost and high efficiency branch connection, and to provide technical support for optimizing and perfecting the rapid propagation technology system. The results showed that there were significant differences in the branching effect between different treatments, and the age of the parent tree, the location of the ear and the length of the slope of the scion had a significant effect on the branching effect. Different treatment branches obvious difference in efficiency, ear parts, the length of the scion slope effect on the branch effect significantly. 7, the length of the scion is 1.5 cm and the age of the mother tree is 1 year. The lower part of the branches of the scion, the height of the grafting is 4 cm, the effect of branch connection is the best. The survival rate, shoot diameter and shoot length are 98.67% 7.38 mm and 94.32 cm, respectively. The number of treatment branches on No.7 was 29.67 min, which saved 31.7% on average. Integrated branch effect and ergonomics, No. 7 treatment, high survival rate, good growth effect, fast efficiency, low cost, the optimal combination, can be used in the promotion of sage varieties.
