In strengthening the management of procurement of electromechanical products by using loans from international financial organizations, the Office of Import and Export of Electrical and Mechanical Services in Hubei Province has paid attention to seizing the key links, giving play to the role of property owners and stepping out of a standardized management path. It has been affirmed and promoted by the State Electromechanical Office, Economic and Trade Commission held the National Electrical Equipment Tendering Conference and the national machinery and electronic products import and export work forum on the experience.
